Historical archive · snapshot as of 20 Aug 2026. The figures on this page (documented cascades, liquidation notional, CRI ≥ 0.495 crossings and Hyperliquid co-occurrence rates) come from RiskLoom's earlier CRI-based cascade archive. They are kept as a record of what happened and how RiskLoom classified it.

Markets with cascades

Four events from a documented archive of 353 cascades across 47 markets, $2.376B in liquidation notional (as of 2026-08-20). Selected replays with full playback are at riskloom.ai/replay.

Cascade start is marked separately on every chart. Each event is reproducible from its underlying liquidation record. Liquidation notional is atomic — the sum of five-minute liquidation buckets inside each cascade window. The archive total above is deduplicated over distinct liquidation minutes; because detection windows can overlap, adding up per-event figures gives a larger number than was actually liquidated. Full archive at riskloom.ai/replay.

What the signal reads

  1. 01Liquidation flow benchmarked per market
  2. 02Open-interest movement as evidence consistent with leverage reduction
  3. 03CVD alignment as directional flow confirmation

Calibrated per market. What is extreme for BTC is ordinary noise for a smaller name.

Auditability

Every documented cascade carries a source hash and the inputs that produced it. CRI is a calibrated analytical measure. The event records, timestamps and liquidation figures are traceable to the underlying source data.
